The construction at the park has been completed and the lake level - lowered by 8 feet - has returned to normal after 5 inches of rain last week. Can't walk that beach any more.<br />The turtle is probably happy. No more human interference.JSKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05304860411928147546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-85475062570886480.post-34118939747750579242010-05-06T22:15:13.193-04:002010-05-06T22:15:13.193-04:00What a great encounter... and nice photos! What a great encounter... and nice photos!Sallyhttp://foothillsfancies.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-85475062570886480.post-4309801587581843762010-04-19T17:39:21.464-04:002010-04-19T17:39:21.464-04:00That's interesting Bernard. Something about how strong the jaws look. But good to know for future reference. If a turtle's musk-making is anything like a snakes, you sure did have a lucky look at this cute fella.Amber Coakleyhttp://www.birderslounge.comnoreply@blogger.com
