September 22nd, 2012. As I was
making my way back to the car after photographing the Appalachian Blazing Star,
I stumbled on a small cluster of mushrooms. Quite unexpected and beautiful.
I couldn’t resist photographing them from different angles. Clouds were passing overhead and bathing them alternately in sunshine and shadow.
